They were able to accommodate me last minute and get me referred in an emergency. The experience was so pleasant and the facility was so kempt, I wanted to become a patient immediately. Scheduled new patient appointments that weren't 8 weeks out for myself and my husband. Kind and professional staff and relaxing atmosphere.

Very friendly staff. Great service and very epidemic to my issues. The front desk employee Amber introduced herself and welcomed me to the clinic right a way. My Doctor explained everything to me and made me feel like he really cares about my dental health. Love Stetson hills dental.

It’s been 11 years since I’ve gone to a dentist. They explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable even tho I’m sure my teeth are a wreckEdit: they called me July 8th to say I owed 30 dollars I said no my insurance paid for it and they said okay we will call you back. I never got a call back so I assumed they figured it out and realized I didn’t own money. Today I get a phone call saying I owe money to a debt collector. Instead of calling me back they sent it to a debt collect and lowered my credit score.

Front receptionist was awesome, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. Hygienist was professional as was the dentist. Dentist was very honest and straight to the fact that what I needed was beyond his scope of work and recommended I see an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. He was thorough in explaining my options. I appreciate, to the point, honest people. Only issue I had was when he said, let me know if this hurts and I said sure, let me hold your hand and he only chuckled.

Updated:I broke a tooth... No tooth pain so it wasn't an emergency. I scheduled an appointment to check it out and see what needs to be done. The new dentist, Dr. Batra was great getting the sharp edge of the tooth smoothed out until I go back for a crown. I still recommend this office!First dental appointment in many years so this is a new office for me. Making the appointment was really easy and they were able to get me in pretty quickly. Kaitlyn was fantastic taking the x-rays and doing the cleaning too. Dr. Wagner was really nice to meet and was not pushy with scheduling work. I haven't had to do any work yet but the new patient experience was really great.

The office has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Katie, the hygienist, was friendly and explained everything as she did the cleaning. The dentist was straightforward and genuinely concerned with my oral health. I would highly recommend their practice!UPDATE: I've been overseas for the past year. Same great service. DJ was professional and engaging.

*Highly Recommended *The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the office is immaculate. The office takes all appropriate measures to ensure your safety during COVID. My hygienist was kind, informative and efficient. I’m very happy with my teeth after the cleaning! She relayed some advice on different ways to floss and keep my oral hygiene in tip top shape. Dr. Wagner is an all around great guy and it shows with his staff and the energy in the office. Thanks for making my smile brighter in more ways than one!

ive always struggled with dentists and their honesty, including my mother and wife. I had 2 different dentist lied to me about certain issues. this dentists gave me a strong vibe that they are incredibly honest and they dont push nothing on you. definitely found my long term dentist and I really do hope they remain this way

I always have an excellent experience with Stetson Hills Dental. The pandemic protocols are strictly adhered to and I feel safe and cared for. Dr. Wagner is kind and experienced. Excellent dental office! Staff were friendly and quick to get me seen. My dental assistant was extremely kind, respectful and understanding to my dental issues which helped me relax in a personally stressful situation. DDS Wagner was even more exceptional at explaining treatment, working around my dental needs and came up with an amazing plan to get me the treatment I will need once my insurance will take effect. I HIGHLY recommend this dental office! Coming from someone who is terrified of dental environments thanks to bad experiences from the military, I felt relaxed, comfortable and most important, in good hands of a team who KNOWS what they are doing!

If you need a great dental practice in Colorado Springs, this is it! Being new to the Springs, I had to find a new office quickly that could help me with a dental emergency. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, but the dentist did everything in his power to make me comfortable. I will be back, and will be bringing my family and friends.

As a retired dental lab tech and dental assistant (served 20 years in the US AIR Force Dental career field.) I can honestly say my experience at this office exceeded my expectations. Front desk staff are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and have a great sense of humor! Dr. Wagner is my Dentist of choice for any and all dental procedures I might need. His knowledge and expertise are quite evident as he explains the necessity of having a procedure provided and offers alternative treatments. He ensures the patient's needs come first! The infection control procedures in this office are 5 star! The assistants are professional/courteous/understanding. They made this visit a pleasant one. (even for a dental visit!)
